We wish to develop a community of like-minded individuals. There could be 6 apartments. Building is 15,000 square feet waiting to be finished with large outbuilding to be erected.

 

 

 

The Place

The property, now called Arkland Place, was slated to be a church camp for 135 kids but was never finished. It is located in North Central Arkansas on the Missouri border. This 10 acre secluded tract is 4.5 miles off blacktop and has ample lakefront on Bull Shoals. 40 more acres and large house are within walking distance.
